The Answer is in the Question: Why, What, and How
We spend much of life chasing answers.
✨ Why did this happen?
✨What should I do?
✨ How can I fix this?
But what if the secret to living well is not found in the answers at all… but in the questions themselves?
The Why❓: Our compass.
The why points us toward meaning. Why am I doing this? Why does this matter to me? Why does my soul stir at this and ache at that? When we pause long enough to ask “why,” we uncover the deeper motivations guiding our choices. The What❓: Our lantern.
The what shines a light on what is true right now. What am I feeling in this moment? What is mine to carry, and what is not? What would happen if I shifted just one small thing? These questions help us see clearly, without judgment. The How❓: Our path.
The how is where questions become footsteps. How can I repair this? How can I walk differently this time? How do I take what I’ve learned and live it out? The how gives us direction.
Life is not about finding a single perfect answer. It is about circling through these questions again and again—sometimes in stillness, sometimes in motion.
The answer, after all, is in the question.
✨ So here’s the invitation:
Instead of rushing to solve everything, sit with your questions. Let them guide, illuminate, and shape the path beneath your feet.
